Shipping & Delivery
All purchases completed on workdays by 3PM (EST) will be shipped the same day. Purchases made after 3PM, on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Please note that unless Priority Courier or Expedited service is requested, the delivery date is just an estimate.
International Deliveries
Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price.
Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Items returned after 30 days might be subject to a reduced refund if not in salable condition and/or if the merchandise has been marked down in the intervening time period. To arrange a return please first contact Customer Service.

Please note: When a gift is returned, a Mademoiselle M credit gift card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The gift card can be used for purchases from mllem.com.
